Teetha® Teething Granules and Teetha® Teething Gel are homeopathic medicinal products for the relief of teething pain and the associated symptoms, such as sore and tender gumsflushed cheeks and dribbling.

Directions

Detach one sachet from the strip of four.

The baby should be upright or in a sitting position and the granules given slowly into the front of the baby's mouth, a little at a time.
Ensure the granules fully dissolve in the baby's mouth.

Babies 3-6 months

With the baby in an upright or sitting position, use a spoon to slowly put half a sachet of granules into the front of the baby’s mouth. Check the granules have fully dissolved before giving the remaining half.

Babies over 6 months

With the baby in an upright or sitting position, slowly pour the contents of the sachet into the front of the baby’s mouth, a little at a time. Alternatively use a spoon. Ensure the granules fully dissolve in baby’s mouth. Use one sachet every two hours for a maximum of six doses during any 24-hour period.

  • If symptoms worsen or do not show improvement after seven days, consult your doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner. 
  • Do not exceed stated dose.
  • If you're unsure how to use the product, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
  • If you accidentally give the baby too much, consult your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible.
  • If you forget to give this medicine to the baby, continue with the usual dose at the usual time. It does not matter if you have missed a dose. 

Ingredients

Each 300mg granules in a sachet contains Chamomilla Recutita (Chamomilla) 6c. Chamomilla is traditionally used in homeopathy to help relieve teething pain.

Also contains Lactose monohydrate, Xylitol, Starch, Pregelatinised maize starch.

Before giving this medicine

This medicine may not be suitable for some babies. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before giving it to your baby if you're unsure. Do not give this medicine to your baby if he/she is allergic to any of the ingredients (see section 6). This product contains lactose. If your baby has an intolerance to some sugars, or he/she is being given any other medicine, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

 

Consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist for more than seven days or if any side effects occur. Do not use more sachets than the label/leafl­et tells you to. If you forget to give this medicine to the baby, continue with the usual dose at the usual time. It does not matter if you have missed a dose. Do not give a double dose to make up for a missed dose. If you accidentally give the baby too much, consult your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible.

This medicine is not expected to cause any side effects. However, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen, persist for more than seven days or if any side effects occur. Storage

Keep all medicines out of reach and sight of children. Do not store above 25ºC. Store in the original packaging. Do not use after expiry date shown on carton and sachet. Return any unused medicine to your pharmacist for safe disposal.
