Soothing Ice Lollies By Siobhan Berry

STRAWBERRY & VANILLA BABY ICE LOLLIES

These Strawberry & Vanilla Baby Ice Lollies are so creamy, deliciously fruity and are perfect to serve to your weaning baby... what more could you want! With only two ingredients, you can get these made and into the freezer to set in a matter of minutes. Enjoy them on a hot day, or simply as a healthy treat the little ones will absolutely love!

Makes: 8 ice pops

Ingredients
150g strawberries, sliced
245g vanilla yoghurt

Method
  1. Place strawberries and yoghurt into a blender and blend until smooth. If you wish to add texture don't blend all the way, but for a baby make sure to blend all the way.
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.

 

GREEN SMOOTHIE LOLLIES

Green smoothies are a fantastic way of getting greens into your diet. They also make great ice lollies for the kids and teething babies too!
Packed full of healthy goodness, these green smoothie lollies are refreshing and ensures that your kids are getting their daily greens. 

Cook time: No cooking required
Makes: 4 Adult portions

Ingredients

1 banana
1 pineapple
1 mango
2 large handfuls of spinach
1 small glass of cold water

Method
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender and blend until everything is combined.
  2. Pour out a glass for yourself to enjoy and place the rest into ice lolly moulds and pop in the freezer for your little ones.
